For Representation

How do I approach the Ayvand agency for representation?

As a green office, we accept submissions for representation via email only.
Please send through your material including headshot, CV to: info@ayvand.com and title: All Agents

What types of talent are you looking for?

We are looking for all talents in the are of fashion, art and commercial. We represent photographers, make up artist and stylists.

How will I know if you will rep me?

Once we have emailed you to set up an interview, then will discuss speciation’s of representation. We will only contact you if we are interested and if you suit the mirror the style of our agency.

How will I get paid?

Your salary will be discussed with a written contract and you will be fully paid minus our fee once we have been paid my the client.

What I get paid for travel?

We love to travel and shooting in new places, so we aim to bring you and our team to wherever our client wants to go, as accessible as possible. Every location is different and travel expenses can vary throughout the year, so we would need to discuss in further detail.

Who owns my work and can I use it on my website?

You own all rights to your work as long as there is contractual, and mutual agreements between you and the client that their products can be used for promotional purpose.

For Booking

How long will it take to get my photos?

This depends on the time of year, after the fashion week season our editing load builds up a little more our team is busy shooting multiple ad campaigns, engagements and pre Christmas catalogs. Most clients will wait 2-4 weeks to get their photos, and we guarantee an absolute maximum of 30 days maximum.

How do you prefer to communicate?

We use everything available to me to keep in touch; email, phone, text, Facebook, Instagram. However, if it’s for something important that we might need to reference for your photos, email is our preferred medium.

How do I book a date?

Head on over to our booking page select a category, select a service, select an employee, choose your date, choose your start time and finish time and click next. If you have any additional requirement send us a message with those details. We’ll get the best time for you to either meet in person or over video chat if you aren’t local. Once we’ve have had a chance to meet, and to discuss set booked date we will require a deposit and a signed contract which we will read through together to explain all the legalese in easy to understand terms. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis and a date is not booked we have received the contract and the deposit.

How much retouching do you do?

Every image you receive is individually edited for colour, contrast, exposure and style. Some images occasionally require a little more finessing for temporary things like blemishes, but things like heavy facial retouching, wrinkle removal or body reshaping are not included with our standard packages and are available for an additional fee.

How do I get my photos after?

Your photos will be delivered to you in an online proofing gallery on our website, from the gallery you can print, view, and download high resolution files. You have the option to password restrict your gallery or keep it openly viewable to make it easier associates to view.

Will our photos show up on your website?

As an agency it’s important for us to be able to show our clients existing body of work to attract new clients and illustrate what we can do! Typically, you can expect to see highlights from our shoots to show up on our website, portfolio, blog, and social media for promotional use.
